Two very different days of weather but the same focus of family and friends on making a difference to people with Pulmonary Fibrosis

Many thanks to all who participated and donated. What a difference a month makes. We had fun walking, chatting and sharing valuable time together. The over whelming response of everyone has been touching and life affirming. It is good to know that there are good people wanting to make a difference. 

The Ayrshire donation total reached over £1500 and I know how welcome that will be to the charity's coffers. The Action for Pulmonary Fibrosis is a small charity with big aims. The vital research into cause of and cure for Pulmonary Fibrosis is a big part of the charity's work as well as helping people with PF to cope with their living circumstances. 

One of the pleasures of writing a monthly blog is being able to record the good times and then revisit them months or even years later.
